This Private Event is FREE to attend. We do ask individuals to RSVP below, in order to get an accurate head count.
About the Meet & Greet
This will be our 1st annual Meet & Greet. We are inviting pilot car companies, carriers, owner operators, oversized and heavy haul drivers, pilot car brokers and others in the heavy haul industry for a meet & greet.
This is a great oppertunity to network and build relationships with other companies/individuals in the heavy haul industry.
There will be food & drinks, a LIVE band, and vendors from across the industry. The event is free to attend and plenty of parking for both 4-wheelers and big rigs!

Rougarou as the host to the event, will be providing a FREE crawfish boil while supplies last. We are asking individuals to please RSVP for the event to ensure there is enough to go around.

Marc & Robin with American Pilot Cars will be providing a food truck and preparing jambalaya for the event. A portion of the sales will go towards sponsoring the National P/EVO & Heavy Haul - Meet & Greet.

Mike with Red Line Pilot Car Services will be providing a food truck and prepareing several differant dishes for the event. A portion of his sales will be donated to the National P/EVO & Heavy Haul - Meet & Greet.

Coonman will make a short greeting to the guest of the event, as well as closing at the end of the night. ((If by chance he is still standing))
