Rate Card
Standard Rates:
* High Pole: $2.25 per mile (300 mile minimal per day.)
* Lead/Chase: $1.85 per mile (300 mile minimal per day.)
* Overnight : $125.00 per night
* No-Go's: $250.00 per day. No Charge for Sunday No-Go if No-Go is due to State curfew restrictions. (Does not include overnight hold.)
*Super Loads: $1.95 per mile (300 mile minimal per day.) SuperLoads are classified by Rougarou as loads 16' wide or wider, 16' tall or taller and/or 120' long or longer.
*Flat Rates: We do offer flat trip rates all inclusive from point A to point B. Please contact office for a quote.
Billing Options
- Major Carriers and Trucking Companies may set up an in-house account. All in-house accounts are due 30 days after services rendered.
- All other escorts are C.O.D. and payment is due when services are rendered.
- The following payment types are acceptable: Comchex, EFS Checks, all major credit cards, ACH Payments & business checks.
